Kali ni try blend ngan buah tembikai lak...ni slh satu cara paling senang nk amik buah...hehehe

250ml susu rendah lemak (atau boleh guna air kosong jer)
sepotong tembikai

Resipinya sama jgk ngan resipi pertama aritu,cuma tukar air susu strawberi tu ngan low fat milk...

250ml susu rendah lemak
1 bekas yogurt

Resipi Shake Herbalife 1

Semalam dok gugel2 cari resipi shake herbalife, jmpe byk gak la resipi2 yg biase dorg wat..so arini cam nk try la wat ikut suka hati sdiri..hehehe..ye la biase shake ngan air soya or low fat milk jer....ni resipi yg sy try arini..rasenye?? Not bad!!

2 sudu F1 perisa Vanilla
1 sudu F3
200ml air susu strawberi
100ml air
1/2 bekas yogurt (ala bekas yg kecik tu)
ais kiub (ikut suka..kalo nk shake ni jd cam smoothies, letak la byk ais tu)
then blend la....

walaupun sy ni kureng sikit air susu stroberi tu, tp bile blend camni, tekak sy blh terima la...hehehe...aritu penah try blend ngan epal, pn not bad la rasenye...cuma mgkin kureng sedap sbb sy pkai air kosong jer..rasenye kalo blend ngan low fat milk lg sedap kot...nnt kalo sy try wat resipi lain lak, sy share kt sini ye..

Ade orang ckp aku ni independence sbb aku berani drive sorang2 pegi Kuantan...errkkk Putrajaya-Kuantan tu dh mmg slalu sgt sy drive kot...ntah la...independence kah aku??strong woman??iron lady?? rasenye tak kot..aku hanyalah wanita biasa yg mempunyai byk kelemahan..yg masih memerlukan sokongan daripada mereka di sekelilingku...cuma mungkin aku dipinjamkan sedikit kekuatan daripada Allah swt untuk aku berdikari di bumi ini...insyaAllah...

Seminggu Di Seremban

Minggu lepas start 22hb hingga 27hb April kami berkampung di Seremban..outstesen la namenye walaupun hakikatnya Putrajaya - Seremban tu xde la jauh manenye...hehehe nk balik ari pn blh sebnrnya..tp susah la plak sbb byk mase abis kt jalan jer...kesahnya byk citer yg jadi sepanjang kami kt sane..kali ni aku partner ngan Farah...

Ari first pegi skolah xde masalah sebab skolah dekat je ngan hotel...kt skolah pn smuanya berjalan dgn lancar...then ari kedua kami ke skolah lain lak...skolah ni terletak kt Seremban 2...dh siap2 tnye jalan ngan kwn aku tu, bergerak la aku ngan Farah ke skolah tu...ape lagi makan langsat (sesat)  la kami..org suruh susur kiri turun bawah, kami pegi trus..org suruh u-turn, kami x u-turn...huhu dia pnye signboard agk mengelirukan la...ok tu citer mase pegi..mase balik lak, kononnye nk gamble jer,xnk bukak gps, makan langsat la kami sekali lagi...pusing2 x jmpe jalan nk blk ke Seremban..dh penat pusing2, baru la bukak gps..skali gps tu bwk kami lalu balik jalan yg kami dh lalu td...adoooiiii sakit perut gelak...kami smpai ke skolah seterusnya tu pukul 2 ptg..solat2 dulu then baru jmpe Pengetuanya..skali skolah tu blackout la plak...berpeluh2 jadinya...first time wat keje kt meja dekat taman jer...hehehe..dlm pukul 4 baru ade balik letrik...tp satu yg x best pasal skolah ni adalah keraninya sgt berkira...bile kitorg mintak dokumen ape2, makk aiii muke dia, cam nk lempang jer...disebabkan keje kami tergendala sbb xde letrik tu, kami pn tggl la dokumen yg mane nk fotostat tu kt skolah, esknya kami nk dtg amik...so keesokan harinya, kami pn pegi la amik...mase tu lagi 10 minit nk pukul 5...skali ade dokumen yg dorg tertinggal, x fotostat...Farah pn mintak la dorg fotostat....korang rase ape reaksi kerani tu...dia tengok jam beb...makk aii takkan camtu skali kot...lagi 10 minit kot nk pukul 5...kitorg ni lagi penat tau, berkejar ke skolah2, igt kitorg suke2 nk pegi skolah dia ptg2 camtu...bengang giler kitorg...awak, kalo awak berkire sgt camtu dlm soal keje, camane awk nk dpt pahala atas keikhlasan awak bekerja tu...huhu

Ari Rabu tu, skolah lain lak...kali ni Guru Besarnya lelaki...lagi best, kami siap berbalah pendapat pasal rasuah....mls nk hurai lanjut pasal tu, biar jelah dia ngan pendapatnya...yg paling best ialah mase skolah last ari kamis tu, skolah tu dalam ladang kelapa sawit...korang agk2 berapa org pelajar sekolah tu....jeng jeng jeng...empat orang je jmlah pelajarnya...dan yg bestnya keempat2 org pelajar tu adik beradik...hahahah mmg dpt layanan vvip la dorg tu...kelas kau dik!!!

Itu la sedikit sebanyak coretan sepanjangdi Seremban...satu lagi pengalaman dalam diari kehidupan keje ku di sini...
